Melaleuca hiring 196 employees in Knoxville immediately

In order to meet record customer demand for its health and wellness products, Melaleuca must immediately fill over 100 new positions at its Knoxville, Tenn. manufacturing and distribution facilities. The company, which manufactures, markets, and distributes more than 400 health and wellness products, including vitamins and dietary supplements, hand sanitizers, and botanical disinfectants, has immediate openings for both full-time and part-time positions. They are located at its 380,000 square foot facility in southeast Knoxville at the Forks of the River Industrial Park.

Between March and June 2020, Melaleuca added 94 employees to its Knoxville team, bringing its local workforce to over 500 staffers. Additionally, Melaleuca recently added over 100 positions at its distribution and manufacturing facilities in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where the company is headquartered, and plans to fill 60 more positions there. 

“We are seeing an enormous increase in orders from both new and existing customers and we need more people on our team to help fill them,” Melaleuca Chief Operations Officer Cole Clinger said. “The number of new customers coming to Melaleuca is exploding because consumers are looking for world-class health and wellness products. Now more than ever they are looking for safe and effective cleaning products and exceptional  nutritional products. Not only can they find the products they are looking for at Melaleuca, but they can order them online, avoiding crowded grocery stores, and have them shipped right to their home.”

The majority of Melaleuca customers purchase products online, and the company aims to pack and ship every order within 24 hours. Over the last few months, customers have placed record numbers of orders for Melaleuca’s Clear Defense Hand Sanitizer, Sol-U-Guard Botanical disinfectant and Peak Performance Pack nutritional supplements.
