The Melaleuca Freedom Celebration brings in crowds upwards of 200,000, making it the single largest event in Idaho by a wide margin. The beautiful fireworks display has been named the largest fireworks show west of the Mississippi River, measured by number of shells fired into the night sky. It’s no surprise this 29-year tradition continues to draw national attention.
