Melaleuca CEO Frank VanderSloot Ranks as Fifth Most Influential Idahoan

Melaleuca CEO Frank L. Vandersloot

In the same year he is being honored with the Horatio Alger Award, Melaleuca CEO Frank VanderSloot is featured in a new book. Ridenbaugh Press has just published 100 Influential Idahoans 2015, and as its name implies, the book ranks key Idahoans who are known for making things happen. Frank occupies the No. 5 spot and is the highest-ranked non-elected individual on the list.

The list of individuals and their accomplishments is impressive. It includes past and present lawmakers, CEOs, educators, military leaders, and more. Frank was selected for being “highly effective” in the state and beyond and was noted for his political and cultural influence, community support, and commitment to entrepreneurship and business in Idaho. The entry on Frank also discusses his rise from humble beginnings to his role as the leader of a $1.2 billion health and wellness company.
